The school of the future: Barista Bot
On level 1 of the Plaza works a barista who never tires, never misspells your name and runs its routine with watchmaker precision: Barista Bot, by Costa Plera, a robot barista crafting hot and cold drinks, with and without coffee. Ordering here is half craving, half show — watching it build your drink between screens and mechanical arms is one of those things you tell people about later.
The Italian school: Piano Piano
